After the lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Emilia Tasting project has come back with its food&wine journey through Denmark. The initiative, aimed at promoting and raise awareness about features and production methods of PDO Voghiera Garlic and PDO Wines of the Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi, chose Copenhagen for its first 2020 event in the export trip of the food and wine excellences of the Emilia region.
Seven days sold out at Ca ‘Cucina Restaurant in Hellerup, where chef Diego Gottardi held daily workshops to promote and inform consumers and Ho.Re.Ca. operators about the history, tradition and production methods of these products, between edcational moments, tasting and evocative pairings between specialties with PDO Voghiera Garlic and PDO wines of the Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi.
An interesting combination that delighted the Danish public.
