A week to discover quality Emilian products

Six days of workshops, tastings and food-wine pairings: Nino e Franco Restaurant in Copenhagen were always full. Also the fourth stage of the Emilia Tasting tour, realized thanks to the support of the PSR 2014-2020 of the Emilia-Romagna Region, in order to bring the excellence of the Garlic of Voghiera DOP and the DOP wines of the Consortium to the tables of the whole world. Vini Colli Bolognesi, has been a great success with the public.

The chef and patron Ninni Barone welcomed the participants with dishes based on Voghiera Garlic, combining them with some selected labels of the Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi. Before the tastings, guests, journalists and sommeliers attended with great curiosity the workshops: nutrition facts, tradition, quality and production method were explained so to raise awareness about the importance of PDO and the values of these two extraordinary products belonging to the deepest Emilian food and wine culture

Emilian Tasting stops here for now but will return soon with new opportunities to enhance the role of PDOs, quality foods and Emilian designations of origin, in Italy and in Europe!
