8 May 2019 – “Emilia Tasting” workshop @ Cà Cucina – Hellerup, Copenhagen, Denmark – Chef Diego Gottardi
Cà Cucina is a high-quality restaurant in Copenhagen with a family-like atmosphere where Chef Diego Gottardi combines his impressive knowledge of international cuisine, developed over years of experience on different continents, with the mastery of Italian home cooking.
It features the freshest, highest quality ingredients, most of them directly imported from Italy, used to faithfully recreate the nuances of flavours and aromas typical of the best-loved cuisine in the world.
Knowing the calibre of Aglio di Voghiera DOP and the wines of Consorzio Colli Bolognesi, Chef Gottardi has given his support to Emilia Tasting by organising a tasting menu designed around these two ingredients held at his splendid restaurant.
The event is scheduled for 8 May from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is intended for industry professionals and buyers; however, it will also be an open event with the purpose of introducing an international, but specifically Danish public to the enticing flavours of Aglio di Voghiera DOP garlic and Consorzio Colli Bolognesi wines.
