An evening of “food and wine pairing” by Michelin star chef Alberto Bettini of Trattoria Amerigo dal 1934. Chef Bettini’s “simple” cuisine seeks to preserve the natural essence of the ingredients by limiting product “manipulation” to the minimum in order to fully capture their flavour and intensity.
The venue is truly unique: a centre of creativity and culinary arts, where cuisine meets art in all its forms with exhibitions, workshops and acoustic concerts. This is a restaurant at the vanguard that knows how to surprise its guests, where it is practically impossible to experience two evenings alike, and where meals are enjoyed while video installations, yoga courses, and food and wine workshops are all going on.
Carousel Restaurant is one of the most important gastronomic destinations of London, now ready to showcase the excellence of Emilia helped by the voice and hands of Chef Bettini, the most fitting to honour the tradition and regional significance of Aglio di Voghiera DOP and the wines of the Colli Bolognesi by giving them a novel interpretation.
