The Emilia Tasting project makes a stop in Denmark, more precisely in Copenhagen, to introduce also to Nordic food and wine lovers two Emilian excellences: PDO Voghiera Garlic and PDO Wines of Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi
For a whole week (from 19 to 25 October), Ca’ Cucina Restaurant in Hellerup (Rebekkavej 49), a real landmark of Italian gastronomic culture in Copenhagen, will host the Emilia Tasting food&wine tour.
Every day information seminars will be held by chef Diego Gottardi, to present the history and tradition of these two great Emilian products to international public. Every day there will be guided tastings in the world of garlic and wine: an unexpected and amazing combination.
Participants will have the chance to approach to specialties based on PDO Voghiera Garlic, thanks to tasting changing day by day and including several options such as creamed cod, rabbit liver, linguina with bottarga, guinea fowl with garlic and herbs, as well as the essential typical cold cuts.
All dishes accompanied by a fine selection of PDO Wines of Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi: DOCG Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Frizzante; DOCG Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Classico and Classico Superiore; DOC Colli Bolognesi Rosso Bologna and Rosso Bologna Riserva; DOC Colli Bolognesi Barbera.
