Launched in 2019 and realized thanks to the support of 2014-2020 PSR of the Emilia Romagna Region, with the aim to bring the excellence of two Emilian agri-food products to the attention of consumers, journalists and traders: PDO Voghiera Garlic and PDO Wines of Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi.
After the successful events held at Ca’ Cucina in Hellerup last October, the fourth stage of the tour will take place at Nino e Franco Restaurant (Blegdamsvej 36), another landmark of Italian cuisine in the heart of Copenhagen.
From the 10th  to 15th of November, the event will run every day from 17.00 to 22.00. The staff of Nino e Franco, led by owners Ninni Barone and Angelo Barbera, will take participants on a journey through Emilia territory to discover quality schemes and two great products, each one uniquely different from the other, but with unexpected connections. The informative seminars will be followed by food-wine tastings, to capture the most surprising aspects of the perfect pairing of Italian traditional dishes that focus on PDO Voghiera Garlic and some selected PDO Wines of Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi.
6 days of workshops with chefs and experts to discover features, production methods, quality schemes and traditions regarding these two designations of origin. A real chance to know more about the territory thanks to unexpected food and wine pairing.
Each event will have a limited number of seats, subject to availability and with reservations only.
Access will be allowed only in accordance with Covid safety protocols.
